ed for New England in the ship “Increase,” April 15, 1635, and settled at Dedham. He was admitted a freeman there October 8, 1640, and later removed to the adjoining-new town of Medfield, where many ofhis descendants have lived. He was a town officer of Dedham, and one of the proprietors.”2071
